Double Braided Buns

How much do you love the cute braided buns we are seeing everywhere?  I’ve seen them on all ages from Kylie Jenner to Mel B! Items Needed: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, 2 ponytail holders, 2 small hair elastics, 8-10 small bobby pins, hairspray {if desired}.

Time Requirement: 3-5 minutes

Skill Level: Easy

Step-By-Step Instructions:

1. Start by parting the hair down the middle and create two high ponytails. (We left a couple of whispies out in the front)
2. On one side, create a regular 3 strand braid using hair from one ponytail.  Secure with a small elastic.
3. Go back and pancake your braid.  I like it nice and full!
4. Lift your braid and wrap around the ponytail elastic.  Keep wrapping until you get to the end.  Tuck the ends under your bun and secure with a bobby pin.
5. You might need a couple additional bobby pins to get your bun nice and secure.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 on the other side of the head.
7. Finish with hairspray {if desired}.
